The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • If the Contact Form is completed and submitted we collect the name and contact information entered on that form (that will, at most, include first name, surname, email, location) as well as a record of the IP (Internet) address of the computer or device that was used to submit that form.
  • We do not currently collect any other information

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you using the Contact Form to allow us to consider and potentially act on your message that you sent as part of the Contact Form entry

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting manlytrust@gmail.com

(b) We need it to perform a public task.

(c) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on the Manly Trust administrative computer.

We keep the information as entered on the online Contact Form for 1 year. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the information from our computer systems.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
